The automobile branch of Lamborghini Cars was first founded in the1963 as with the taste of success, Lamborghini wanted to branch out into different units. Ferruccio Lamborghini was a great car lover and he had the best of cars in his garage. He wanted to make a car that was better than the Ferrari that he drove. That is how he set up his automotive factory in the small village called Sant'Agata. This factory had the most advanced of state of art facilities to it in order to ensure that the cars that rolled out from this manufacturing unit were going to be the very best. He hired Giotto Bizarrini to ensure that best of designs for Lamborghini cars.
The first cars to roll out were the 350GT that was debuted at the Turin Motor Show. The car had an engine of V12 and 3.5 liter and a four cylinder.
The next car was the 400GT and that was in the year 1968. The best of cars that propelled Lamborghini cars right on top of the game was the Miura in the year 1966. This was the car that sprung Lamborghini cars right in the eye of the storm and made the buyers sit up and take notice.
The 1970s were not really good for Lamborghini cars but the years of 1980s saw it bounce back. This brought about a change with the Countach that was reintroduced in the more stylish fashion with new angles and vents to it. The buyers loved this exotic looking sports car.
